Thali, literally means "large plate", but if you were to order a thali in an Indian restaurant , you would be served a multitude of different dishes on one such plate. Usually a vegetable curry, dahl, bread, rice, pickles and something sweet. I am looking forward to teaching you how easy it can be to make healthy, delicious vegetarian/vegan food and create your own thali.
